This programs will get rid of most adware and spyware programs
on your computer such as pop-up from adware, Internet explorer
hijack attempts etc. This works awesome, because it gets some
stuff that your virus programs doesn't. Especially recommend
this if your computer seems to be slower.

Note: A lot of times something you download off the internet
can contain adware and spyware, like those free screensavers
from screen saver sites, smiley or emoticon programs, weather
toolbars, search toolbars and even some spyware programs believe
it or not etc. Also to set your Internet Explorer so these
things do not install themselves, click on your menu bar at
the top of Internet Explorer: Tools>Internet then
click the Advanced tab, then uncheck the following options;
Under Browsing category Enable Install On Demand (Internet
Explorer) & Enable Install On Demand (Other)
& Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart).
This should keep most spyware and adware from self-installing
it self with out you knowing when you view a web page that
has spyware etc.. Also do not download a program of the Internet
unless it comes from a reputable website

Player From Macromedia (Free):
Some websites require these for you to view them correctly
some sites are designed entirely with flash or shockwave,
a lot of games on the internet use shockwave also.
WinZip (Free
to try or download a free reader): A Program that
takes multiple files and zips them into one file and compresses
the size so that it makes it easier to send multiple files
across the internet by email or download.
